This is a crost post from the HP tuners forums (haven't gotten a reply on there but has 15 views so I got that going for me).
=====
So I've been looking at tinkering inside of HP Tuners and turning on torque reserve on my 2015 Challenger Hellcat. My first take was fake it till you make it and look at stock tunes that had it turned on and see if I could replicate that in my tune and test it at the track. I did a look in the tune repository and only found up to 2016 for stock Challenger Hellcats. These are the items I have identified inside of VCM Editor.
1. Turn on switch for Torque Reserve (47529)
2. Set the torque amounts per engines speed in the correct table (47501)
Are there any fueling requirements or spark modifiers that I would have to change? I'm sure this would all be apparent if I could find a stock tune that had this turned on and do a diff (best way I have learned so far). The car has a one-piece drive shaft and a differential brace. I also run 15PSI in my Hoosier bias ply so I do think that the drive train can take the hit. Any help would be appreciated. (I did look at a stock Demon file but don't know if those are numbers that I should go off of.)
=====
What I looked for in the HP Tuners repository was a 18 or newer Challenger stock tune so I could see the differences from my 15. Wanted to turn on torque reserve and test it at the track and see what it's like leaving under 4PSI of boost. Does anyone have a stock tune laying around that they would like to share? I have a stock Demon tune but I don't think the numbers are a good starting point as they might be too high.
