A. It will be a Demon
B. It will be 426 Hemi
C. It will have 909 HP and will run on pump gas.
Disagree on all three 😂

D. It will have a name with the letters CP
E. It will use an existing 6.2L motor
F. It will have an E85 option and be much closer to 1000hp

i agree...seems if Theory A. were true, lawsuits might ensue, even though No. 7 performance may be higher? Just fun to speculate

The one thing I keep circling back to is what are the running that keeps grenading,Tim even confirmed that problem. The 6.2 can put down some serous numbers with mild pulley and tune. Wonder if the Struggle was more with getting it CARB/smog compliant yet put out some big numbers with out imploding.

If they do go with King Kong size power we are possibly looking at parts bin bolt on’s To trickle down like beefier drive shaft and diff

My .02 guess is that to achieve CARB, they push the lean side of the fuel/air equation...

Lean is bad... Obviously.

Bingo history repeats itself. Timing/detonation,Fuel tables You would think by now they would have mapping tables down. Unless it’s the rotating assembly ventilating the block. Rods? Would like to be fly on the wall in Dyno control room. “RS“now’s the right time to chime in and throw us a bone, for the final note of swan song.

I agree - sounds great, but I fear just more tantalization, e.g., the "unicorn Stage kits" going on two years and nowhere to be found, and what about the ZF trans, IHI blowers, etc. that Tim at Woodward last year said would be headed for the DC catalog this year??? Lots of talk, not many parts (yet).

That ugly troll ass mother fucker they teased doesn't look like any arch angel.
Saint Michael the ArchAngel, the one that battles Satan? I don't think the marketing department would screw that one up.

I also don't think it will be a 426. They already rebranded the 6.2L as Hellephants for the DC catalog.

3.0L and E85 I believe.
I also believe north of 1000hp. The long standing rumor is the ZR1 is coming with 850hp and twin turbos, no way does Dodge go out being #2.

200k, i wouldn't doubt it either. But it all depends on part availability and production. Only 1000 units, its probably 200k. If its 3k units, maybe more like 150k. No way Dodge lets dealers get huge markups on them without getting a big piece of the pie for themselves.

If it's "only" 909HP it's a flop. Way too many mildly modded Hellcats topping that number.

I didn't understand how they were blowing up motors either, but the other day I saw some video of an engine going through some kind of durability testing (not Dodge) and it was running in a hydraulic jig, wide open throttle, and being rotated upside down, and around and around. I was like why in the world would they even perform such a test lol.

lol at rotating the engine upside down. I guess you never know, the car might flip during the quarter or road course and land right back on its wheels and you don't want to have additional engine wear due to oil starvation during that....

Mag not sure you got the rotating assembly phrase on previous post, not to be taking literally. When rotating assembly is used as slang it typically refers to crank, rods/studs, pistons, rings wrist pins, yep grams count big time with rotating mass.

Now for the Psych exam. Answer with first thing that comer to mind
wait for it…………. Jugs

Git yer mind out of the gutter, correct answer is pistons

Head decking
Blow by
cranking over the jugs.
push rod.
seat in head.
Stud.
stud nut
pump
pre lube
bottom dead center
short skirt on jugs, again piston
advanced timing
double pumper.
lift/profile
end gap
thrust load

Bull be the only other that got it, no surprise being a former machinist.
Above is text book example of misconstrued interpretations, thank god admins know all the slang or I’d be in the klinker/clinker. All good man just goofing.

Yeah it was really odd the entire engine was in a jig and spinning like a top at WOT lol. I'll see if I can find the video.

It was something like this:

Hoooooly shit bat Man, that there is what I call a hardware acceptance test. Best guess would be simulate oil starvation from excessive Gs and hills, how the hell did the pick tube not get exposed, or if dry sump how did oil get back to suction line.
