First we released the Hemituner HO mode which allows you to swap tunes from pump gas to race gas with the push of a button utilizing the demon stack.

Second came Satera Tunings true flex fuel system that is a fool proof system for running e85 and pump fuel with the ability to give you an actual ethanol content reading on your cars dash display.

Third the teaser of the release of our Mongoose parts with the soon to be debuted innovative pulleys and pulley system.
Today I’m proud to announce the 4th new innovative release for this group.
Hemituner Performance has been able to design and produce a no unlock flash of the pcms for our packages! This means on one of our proven packages, you have the option to not have your pcm unlocked, you won’t have to buy a tool or credits for tuning. You simply send your pcm into us to have one of or proven tunes flashed into your pcm and your pcm remains factory locked!!
This option will only be available inside our packages we choose. We have to control the conditions to ensure the tune works properly by using only our products and injectors. This option won’t be available for remote tunes utilizing anything other then one of our packages. Remote tuning for someone whom has purchased other vendors products and pulley configurations will still be tuned using a Diablo products or HP tuner credits and a unlocked pcm.
This is a very exciting process for guys with virgin cars, your factory pcm will remain locked

Hummm, more power, little tweaking in the traction control department, don't worry about 6th gear shifting out too early on our course because we are going to be hauling major ass after over 1/2 mile with basically a rolling start. This could start to be exciting. Oh, and ability to use several types of fuel (E85 is everywhere AND literally outside the track next to the racing fuel)? Feels a bit like when a young kid enters the candy store!!

I may poo-poo on a lot of things coming from vendors, but coming from a tuning background this is a pretty impressive and innovative announcement. Just tweaking the COT/PE dump on a stock car would be enough to warrant the investment.

Assuming it's like a lot of encrypted PCM's...the files are digitally signed with an encrypted key and they (PCM) can only execute trusted files unless you bypass or disable that.

Well...what if you discovered the private keys and could digitally sign whatever file you wanted? Wouldn't that be something...

If there is another way...that's fine...whatever works...but I wouldn't count on the method becoming public knowledge anytime soon.

If it did that it would defeat the purpose. Either you are getting back your PCM or a cloned unit that will for all intents and purposes remain locked - just with modified parameters in the OS. And as far as your car and FCA are concerned it is as-delivered. The only obvious risk is if Dodge reflashes your PCM (ie. a recall) and you lose your tune.

I've known AJ a long time (Hemituner) and he gets deep in to this stuff and had some pretty special software tools the last time he and I had a chat.

There is tuning out already that doesn't set a code. This is one great step further.

Sounds like the non-cracked PCM and tune capability is the way I want to go with my virgin 2019 Redeye Challenger.

Can we refuse pcm reflash on a recall that we know harmless?
