Yeah, I ordered one using the part # off my '16. I received the foam sleeved tube. Otherwise identical.

Maybe a Redeye thing? My 19 RE has it. Obviously insulation for some reason. Never had it on my 16 and 17 Hellcats

It keep the contents warm so the tube doesn’t get fouled with foamy white moisture crap and break loose in a wad and the blower eat a slug of it. I’m surprised they haven’t devised a factory catch can of some sort. That crud really mucks up the intercoolers after a while, especially in extreme cold weather.

So that tells me it’s like the newer designed dip sticks. Redesigned and now that’s all they will sell you.
