Here’s a deal for someone who would like to add a 5-point harness and does not need to pass a track tech that requires the SFI Cert to be “current”. The damn cert dates on these things run out at 3 years and then the belts have be replaced or go thru recertification. These can be recerted by Crow but that is $75 plus shipping to and from. I wanted to go another direction with my new cage so I bought new belts. Anyway….. Crow is as good as they get and these are obviously in excellent condition. Mostly just sitting in a box while the car was being built. They have the wishbone type shoulder harnesses for use with a Hans type neck protection device. These with the camlock type latch are pricy but nice. This belt was $245 new. I will enact the Stinkeye Goodwill Pricing Plan and pass them along for… $75 shipped!!! 😚 29EB6050-70E8-47F7-9BF3-CDB116CA6406.jpeg 31886421-A5BF-4794-A453-0E7585657E67.jpeg 837E4716-C59D-463B-96B6-096F7E3CAEA8.jpeg C0172B00-A123-4575-BAE1-FAD6622E904A.jpeg B947BF2D-73E3-41C6-8EB7-B539B39BFE3A.jpeg

Dang would be a great deal especially if someone had them shipped to crow for recert and then buyer would just have to pay for recert and shipping from crow

🤔. Pay me $75 for the belts and shipping to Crow. Then another $75 ($150 total) for me to have them cert them…. plus whatever it costs for them to ship them to you? That would probably save you $95 over buying new. I believe honesty is the best policy so…... I’m not sure that’s the best deal. I don’t think they will recert more than once. Something to do with UV light affecting the materials used ( yeah right. If you left them sitting in the sun). A new set could go another round in 3 years. Not sure about that with these. 😕

Also…. The recert thing is not refurbishment. They just inspect and retag if they pass. It’s a part of the SFI racket they’ve got going with the NHRA.

I heard the Off road guys buy them because they don't care about the expiration date!

I may be interested as my last triple rollover it would have been better than the stockers.

Yes but you have to have a harness bar behind the front seats to attach the shoulder harnesses to. That means a roll bar/cage or one of the harness bars like the Demon had.
