I know the rotors are longer in the RE/Demon blowers, but is it strictly an internal dimension difference? I have never had the two side by side to see, or measured either.

So they move the bearings up further into the snout (different casting) and extend the rotors a little more forward? But keeping all pulley alignments the same? Does the rotor machining extend into the snout and also becoming part of the blower or is rotor machining still confined to the case/head?
Thanks a bunch @Hpindy.
The main rotor case is 1.1 inch longer ( I think that's what they said ) the snout is different from the 2.4L . The drive pins on the 2.4L stick out and the drive pins on the 2.7L are receded in to the snout .

Looking at them side by side from a few feet away with hoods open you can’t see any difference on exterior dimensions. I was expecting the RE blower to look noticeably larger but it’s just as Indy said.
