It’s either a new show on Motor Trend TV or just new to me. Anyway, if you ever watched ESPN’s Around The Horn (I don’t watch ESPN anymore), it’s exactly the same format. The moderator throws out an automotive topic and four guys debate the topic. The mod then subjectively awards points (laps in this case) and declares winner. So far, they’ve argued about BMW engines being crap, auto vs manual trans, semi autonomous cars, etc.

I happened to catch the splitter guard topic. But they answered it correctly. It's your car and you should do what you want with it.

I really enjoy RoadKill. The butchery is priceless. Wire ties and ratchet straps hold everything together. Very entertaining.

Roadkill and Dirt Every Day I try to watch. In general I do like shows where I can learn something, and where the work/craftsmanship is more prominent than the people.
