Oppps...I stand corrected...first truck...1979 Plymouth Trailduster...right off the showroom floor...figures my wife would remember that...we became a two vehicle family then...
I’ve been a truck nut my whole life and would chose a truck any day over a car should the choice have to be made. And they are truly the most practical vehicle in today’s market with all the technology and the huge interiors. It’s insane how much room these trucks now have in the back seat. Borderline limo lol. My first official truck was a 1978 Chevy K10 Step Side Silverado that I lifted. And this is a pic of a 1981 and never took a pic of a pic to add to my album but same look with the exception of the slanted hood and square headlights.
That’s the reason I bought it. I’ve wanted a Rebel for a while but once they made the 12 I was hooked. I’ve heard they can be glitchy but no problems here. Just gotta keep screen cleaner and a microfiber handy all the time for finger prints. Truck rides amazing too.
This is my go to vehicle for real towing.
If I only need to tow some 25,000 lbs. I'll take the Ram 3500, and when it's just a matter of hauling a couple of cases of water I use the Ram 1500.
