For the first time in my life, I'm putting away a car for the Winter. I've got about another week or so before the temps don't get above 40-45. So the Shelby goes into the garage. 😪😢
The HellCat is garaged in Florida and driven occasionally by a "lady friend". 😂 So it's doing ok.
Just got a trick or treat storm, about a month or two early, guess it was a major trick. some roads salted none sanded. I will take the car out if I get multiple rain storms to wash away salt. If not it stays parked.
My summer car normally gets put away in November. Most years I make it to Thanksgiving before the weather gets bad. I don't get my car out on that nice day during the winter either, once it is put away it stays. I don't mind the break from car stuff being I do a lot of it in the summer

If it’s nice I drive them. I’ll even drive in the wet as long as it’s not raining.. when the salt/brine gets put on the road though.. kitty’s stay in the garage. The first week or two of spring when the pollen really dumps I try not to drive them either. That’s like my only two exceptions..
Indeed. Not sure what made me swallow my pride and do it.
But, I actually voted for your taxi, not the other ones.
Just imagine if I had voted for Vortecd instead. Then I would've had to forever live with the knowledge that I were part of letting a taxi win. That I could not do.

The only upside to hibernating the Cat is waking it up in the spring is kind of like Christmas morning. Then again, it’s also like smacking yourself upside the head because it feels good when you stop.
One of the perks of living on the westcoast, we don't put cars away in the winter. I alternate with a tacoma and it makes the gas on the hellcat bearable.
