I don’t think that thing ever has a trip with a max under triple digits somewhere. When it takes mere seconds from legal speeds, how can the right foot resist? I get some type of a twitch.

A while back one of my mechanic "friends" trailered his 1500 WHP F-body to Dallas to race there. After they were busted the cops told them, put it on the trailer and leave it there, or we'll ticket you and impound it. Pretty straight up cops.

Well, I see the judge the 4th for doing 40 mph over the limit. Ticket for 90 in a 55 but I was doing over 129. His car was just like mine except not a HC. He could have gotten me for recless driving and impound the car. The insurance company is going to have a fit.

I had a similar situation. I elected no court. Took an on line defensive driving class for $175. No points, no report to my insurance. It's like it never happened. You have this option every 18 months if cited.

I've heard that in AZ but I'm not sure it applies to every state.

I have taken the class 3 times or 4 and you can only take it 5 times ,,,life of the party. I will take the class and ask for the court mercy on the fine. Since I have major health issues and on a set income all my disposal income goes for medical bills. The cop was in the emergancy lane. Attempting to move over and a car 2 feet off my ass,, I had no other way out but to speed up and move over. How's that sound. Even though the scrambler detector didn't even beep. I was flying and got caught. Damn $400 detector. Do to I blew by him and didn't slow down. Since the virus hit. I go to court on the computer. That's too bad cause I am a good sales person.
