I'm noodling it over, but honestly they're probably looking for a late 20 something woke social influencer type and that ain't me. I actually hate social media I just like playing around with video editing and sharing projects I work on so I goof on YT a bit.
So in a nutshell you have to make a 30sec to 2min YT video and submit it which I can do no problem. Here's where it gets iffy - Some group of "judges" will pick 10 submissions out of a cutoff of 10,000 and have them come to AZ for an interview by some un-named panel where you're judged on charisma (34%), creativity (33%) and brand appeal (33%). Once you get through that then 10 compete in front of celebrities on basically the same criteria.
I don't relate much with most celebrities I see, so that last bit probably wouldn't go well for me
The original info also said they'd work around your day job, but having to attend 15 events is a lot, and I've been around this stuff enough to know they won't care about my day job once the schedule starts to run.
