At a red light, 2 lanes merge ahead, woman in a BMW SUV thing decides she wants to be first. I gently push on the pedal until it downshifts and the 305 PS4S break loose a bit. At the next light, the motorcycle that was behind me is now next to me, gives me the "spin the wheels" sign, we both laugh!

Is it possible to go a day without leaving at least a little rubber?

You see much that is hidden oh @Magnified ! No kids, garage my domain, tool boxes, and beer fridge among amenities. That’s a RoadRunner key chain that a buddy of mine gave me when I finished the resto in 2002.

Had my car at the dealer for some warranty work on the supercharger, upper pulley was starting to blow out so they replaced the whole front snout piece with the pulley attached.

I saw this as a great opportunity to rip out the Mopar EVTS system that they dealer installed, this pre-2019 unit was 3G and obselete, they called all the time to try to get me to do a monthly fee and upgrade, plus it would occasionally flash a blue light from the lower left panel where there was a little emergency button attached. I think the car lost a pound too, good riddance!

All that said theft is a huge concern out here.

Looked at mine several times again, as it sits pristine clean waiting for next week to get prepped to kick ass! We will be bedding the Hawks Thursday afternoon for dam sure and loading her up. Pictures of that coming.

Interesting…I remember hearing they only replaced the entire SC when anything happened. Perhaps they got sick of paying for those claims, when they knew it was somewhat serviceable.

It was on sale in addition to a in-store discount, and I figure since I'm not planning on tuning just yet, it'd be nice to adjust the throttle sensitivity/tip-in and see if it makes a difference.

BOY does it ever! I switched it from stock to Sport and it defaulted to level 10 which was WAY too much, so I left it at 5 for now.

Obviously does nothing to increase power but the responsiveness now feels like it's where it should be, and for relatively short money for anything Hellcat related!

I'm gonna file it under me likey!

Bath time.

Tuned it for the track.

Changed the air cleaner to the infamous Demon unit.

Installed my DS Suspension Controller. (Did not want to until I loaded the racing tune).

Added a couple gallons of magic juice to the tank.

Installed the little sending unit over the USB to give us all those cool readouts on my videos.

Charged the GoPro and Satellite GPS unit to give the video and REAL speeds in those videos.

Checked the cords in the car to connect everything for those wonderful readouts.

Drove it to dinner, and PUNCHED it!

Shit yes it felt good and ran real well.


Today? Mechanical stuff..brakes, wheels/tires and one little upgrade coming from AAD. Then go west of town and bed those new bitchin Hawk pads into those rotors.

Go get the trailer. Take pictures tomorrow after we load her up.

Oh not a big thing since I own everything they make except the sway bar links. I have a set of the front links coming today with their great new bushings on them. I am using the pencil thin OEM links with a huge BMR sway bar and can just imagine how flimsy they are compared with what I have coming. Tell you guys if I can feel it Saturday!
