Bigger thanks to Lift Pad Pros for the HD Delrin replacements.

Some may view them as pricey for 37 bucks shipped but after a cursory Google search they're about all that comes up. They look to be worth it though. Mine took a dump as you can see and I'll only have my jack on drag week since I'm not taking the quickjacks. With that many tire swaps in 5 days I'll definitely have a followup opinion on these.

I like it, however I would like to see a bigger chamfer or radius on the bottom.

If mine ever give up I'll try to remember these.

BTW, Delrin isn't cheap so keep that in mind.

Had these on mine and worked great. I think I won them at an event or something.

I also Use the quickjacks but I'll be moving to a different pinch puck I think.

Somewhere in the last 2 years some hamfisted idiot absolutely butchered one of my front pinch lift points. I'll need to straighten it and repaint it soon.

I had a pipe dream of taking the quickjacks with me at one point then realize that's exactly what it was. There's no way I'm going to be able to take time to set it up and tear it down every single day. Plus weight. I'm already gonna be pulling heavy.

WTF? I only use those spots to lift the rear as my floor jack point. Are those replacements the ONLY name in the game? Geez, never heard of them falling… last shit I need when I’m under there.

Assuming you can get a long socket in there to replace while on ground?

Yep. That’s what I use with the quick hack - the pinch weld magnetic pucks. Yeah, for the event I would use the factory pucks, the replacements you got. Or just bring a magnetic pinch weld pick you can use for front and rear

It CAN be done on the ground but I did mine while it was on the quickjacks. Should just be a single deep 12mm socket if I remember right. It also sits on and helps to hold on a plastic trim piece. It should stay put on its own. It may or may not have a metal washer meant to help hold the bolt in place for installation. If it won't fall off the car once loose the washer is probably on the top side of the plastic which will unclip and come off easily so you can remove it. You'll see what I mean once you're under there.

Had not seen any fail like that. I have used the factory ones many times with no issues but having something even stronger never a bad idea. I have the zl addons lift pads on the front. Highly recommend them for the front

I initially had the ZL1 front pads (or a clone. can't remember) for the pinch and found they wouldn't bolt in place because of the change for 17+ in that area. So I went with 4 different pinch pucks.

These guys also make a bolt-on front pad for the threaded insert in the front frame area and provide an insert for the 15/16 cars for the same spot. I'll probably do those over winter.

A bolt in front puck not bad idea either. Anything for the front makes it way easier then lining the jack up to the frame

Anyone know the thread size and pitch of the threaded front holes? I'm just too lazy to climb underneath just to look and figure it out:cool::giggle:

I dont think they are threaded, its just a hole they put a bolt through

I thought I read somewhere that the newer MYs where threaded. I guess I'll have to check now

This video does say there is a threaded hole.

I would think the kit would come with the bolt?

Agreed, but I'll just make my own.
Looks to be 10mm from the video, looks awful long to?

I'm lowered, I'd be leery of adding anything in the front region that was protruding downward like that. Maybe even if I wasn't lowered...
