Mmx tore engine apart, sent pistons and rings out to Mahle for inspection. Cylinders were not round. Block was torque plate honed to spec, new rods, piston, head gaskets. Cylinder heads were disassembled and tested. All within spec.

You 100% did. Back story, @Hatermkr offered to help me out even if MMX didn't step up and has been a good steward navigating the ways of bunk motors. Showed him some photos of what MMX found on Aug 2nd. first response was they were out of round. MMX confirmed it on August 11th. To be fair MMX mic'ed every single piece and re-assembled for free, new pistons, rods, headgasket for free. Mike is giving me labor for free. @jonx96 gives me grief for free. j/k Jon reviewed all my logs and confirmed tune was in spec and nary an issue.

j/k @jonx96 has been a good friend through all this. from now on when @jonx96 says "get your x built by y" i'm going to listen and be like this:
