If you want bad ass bracket car, this is something to look at. However, its very expensive for a bracket car.
I'd love to have one, but if you are not wanting to race it, its pretty useless and not much of a collector.

They made n/a and supercharged drag pak. It is an n/a so it would be much cheaper

There's not many races left for mid 10 second cars anymore unless you bracket race.

He may have had a transbrake other wise its as basic of a bracket car as you can get.

Plenty of big $$$ bracket races out there. I've started to look at doing it again. Won about 10k my best year (it was closer to 20k but I blew up an engine and trans)

Its competition. Boring to watch but a lot of fun to race.
Bring what you have and go at it.
Unless you have cubic dollars or bottomless pockets, people can't afford to do heads up shit.
I started building an Ultra Street car years ago when the class was newer and the ET was 5.teens
The idea was 5 flat class
Wasn't long until it was 4.80s
Now I think they are 4.60s

And they wonder where the car counts go

The good events around here fill up about 4-6 months out. All of the cars are crazy fast now.

Only bracket racing is the NHRA series which doesn't pay.

NHRA sucks. The only attraction are the nitro cars.

My local track does a 4th of July race with 100k to win and a pair of 20 or 25 granders
Weather was bad last year so it ended up being a single 125k race

I've got a couple ideas, but nothing final yet. I should have some insurance money in the bank next week I hope and I can take some time and see what's out there.

I enjoy driving and used to get Go Man Go out just about every weekend for a nice cruise, so whatever I end up with will have to be a street car first, but I also like to show up at the drag strip and haul ass so it'll need to be dual purpose.
