The “other site” had a donation you could make that helped support the site. Basically gave you longer editing privileges and a banner that said you were a premium member. It wasn’t so much what you got, it was support for the forum.

I was a premium member and a original Hellcat club charter member. I paid to help and the screwed me.

Gotcha. I think if we get to the point where hosting demands exceeds what I can afford I can make a post asking for donations and we can revisit the subject. We currently don’t have any expiration for editing posts. I’m a firm believer that everyone should have the right to be able to edit/delete their posts at any time.
