Most people have complained about the downshifting being hard.

What are your SRT settings that you are using to drive in?
Some people have used "Sport" mode and have had a less problem with the hard up shifts, but was great at WOT.

It does it when I drive it track, sport, custom it delays and jerks on Eco it doesn’t do it

When my Chargers transmission tune was switched back to a street one, it would downshift into 1st after it was stopped.

I took it to the dealer and had them do a relearn. It would only do it in auto/eco mode. It got significantly better after that.

I let rpm drop before putting in gear. No reason to slam it in gear.

I have a 2022 Dodge charger hellcat WB I am having issues when I go from park into drive theres a delay and then a jerk then kicks into gear I took it to the dealership I had the two different techs ride in the car with me so I could duplicate the issue both said there was a problem I left the vehicle at the dealership yesterday then I get a text from the service advisors saying that there is nothing wrong with the car that the techs cannot duplicate the problem when they test drove it.
I can 100% duplicate the problem but this dealership has been playing games saying there is no codes and the car is good. Is there anyone who can guide me in the right direction to solve this problem thank you guys.

Mine does that jerk when going from park to drive and from drive to reverse on occasion. However, don't recall it every 100% of the time...but maybe I'm just used to it. Let us know what you find out? Always thought it was normal with these transmissions...just like the occasional lurch when coming to a stop (only noticeable in street mode).

I was getting the lurch after putting the stock tune back in the trans.

Took it to the dealer and had a relearn done. It's much better now but I normally run it in sport mode.

Same here...sport transmission and street suspension. No lurch when in sport...only street from memory.

I just put it in full sport.

The dealership called me they said they relearned the transmission and want me to test drive it to see if the issue is still there so I go Friday I will give an update on the outcome
