Dont forget MOM today...be she still with us ...or not...after all if it wasn't for her..where would you be...@ 96..I still have mine..and I'm grateful for every day I have her
MIL passed five years ago and wife will forever miss her. We are fortunate to still have mine and we are taking her to Hibachi tonight as the wife loves it and mom does as well. Took her to see the new Planet of the Apes Thursday because she is a huge PotA fan and hasn't been to to theater since SD Bill passed away seven years ago.

Hug’m if you got’m boys!
Mine’s been gone for 2 years now. I took the fam out to breakfast before spending some time at the cemetery.
Afternoon will be with MIL, and then I finish the day by calling my god mother, my aunt, that never had any kids of her own.
That was the whole point of building it like I did. Twice as much work to hide and downplay everything. I took it out and stopped at a friend's house. BEAUTIFUL day!
I tried as much as possible, to make it look like a factory install. I placed all the wiring and hoses in the 70-era places, used correct factory clamps and stuff where possible. I sent all the engine hardware out for black-oxide, powder-coated and painted everything black. I need to get a black or gray air-filter and black clamps. Bling, was to be avoided.
