Want a better look, try and find Mopar lowering springs (almost impossible to find right now).
Had eibacks on my 16 HC, but wouldn't recommend unless you only drive on even roads ( also were suspect in boot tear issues.
Biz ( owner of triumph) worked with the owner of Phillips fender flares to come up with a wheel and correct offset that would work on Challenger hellcats that had the flares.

No. Front use existing screws and tabs for plastic rivets, rear use existing plastic screw tabs and magnets provided on the flairs.
