That's bad. Ordered a new F150 and came thru Mexico for assembly and when it got to the dealers, stereo and 12 speakers were gone, and programs were out loaded,, gone. Scratched it all up. Dealer made it good to a certain point. I asked whom would have the time an opportunity to do this?? Dock workers. Sad, and hate to hear it.

There is a new car transfer station in a suburb of buffalo ny...cars come in by rail..shuttled by truck to this station..then loaded on trucks for distribution to dealerships...its a huge facility..thousands of cars..(all FCA products)...its fenced in...one day I drove in to check out the HC's..was immediately rudely greeted by facility security on golf carts..told I was in a restricted area and could be subject to arrest..(I ignored the do not enter warning sign)...the point of this is...all cars had the keys on the drivers side floor and were unlocked...even a novice thief could make off with one of these

Makes sense when you think about it...if the keys weren't in the cars...what a cluster fu*k it would be every time they were loaded or unloaded

Maybe then, those who did NOT get 2 Red keys (but only 1) should look under the front seats, see if the key was kicked (or pushed) under?

It wouldn't be impossible...Im just surprised more cars don't disappear in transit...At the rail yard..(also in buffalo) the security is a lot tighter..electric gates..video survailance..active guards...The suburban transfer station..a different story...fenced in...but swing open gates are generally open all day..(different carriers coming and going..) to slip under the fence on the perimeter away from the gate drive out in a car undetected...childs play

Alot of that crime is sorta insider and/or former plant workers and such.

If people only knew how many unsecured trailer yards there are all over the US, you could get your crime syndicate up and going.

Okay, this has only happened like 10 times. I fail to see how this supposed secure facility has at least 2 major break ins a year. Stupid.

Was it US or Cannuck spec car? I'll give them 15000 under MSRP for the car.

Mag...from an earlier thread...Brampton facility is within walking distance of the beer store..and vice versa...they are Canadian...they can smell an empty beer can at 1500 meters...guards probably crashed it makin a beer run
