So I have this silly (somewhat crazy/stupid idea) that while it seems insane, it also seems legit. I've got the itch for a new truck, but the only way that happens is if I trade my 2012 Power Wagon and my 2016 Hellcat in on a new Ford Super Duty Tremor. I know it's goofy, and even borderline stupid, but it's something that is sitting in the back of my mind. I know it's wrong, but hearing some other thoughts would be nice.

I've had similar thoughts about a new 2020 2500 Silverado. Cant part with the Hellcat though, even though I never drive it anymore lol. Just knowing I have one is enough for now I guess.

Ok, so now that I've gotten a basic idea of it, it's a PW type of truck but with diesel tq, which is really cool.

But don't give up the Hellcat, you'll regret it, you know you will.

You've posted up before about trading that in...

You'll end up like @NoCoHC , you'll be back looking for a replacement before you know it.

He will be trading in a more capable truck and a Hellcat for a Ford. I didn't even read it all the first time. I thought he was just going to trade the power wagon and I thought he was crazy. Power wagon and Hellcat for that truck ???......quick find this guy a psychiatrist.

That sounds like an easy decision - you trade and then get what out of it? If you have lots of miles on both then there might something there, but if you have both paid off and you end up with a two for one sort of trade I don't see the benefit. What will you have after the trade vs what you have right now? A truck (nope - got one), a car (nope - you won't have one anymore), a payment you can't afford (you would have to decide).
I am sure there are other things to weight, but it doesn't seem to work from what I see...

Oh - and what would you have to talk about on the forum? Not going to get a lot of interaction on the Ford truck performance vs the Hellcats... Are you going to just toss us away like that?

It’s ugly but if your plan is to get rid of the Hellcat one way or another and you don’t need two trucks, then why ask here? The Power Wagon looks way better than that ordinary looking Ford!
