Interestingly, if you search for the part number, it shows 68271244AM. In this case, it is showing 68165960AM as the replaced part. I wonder if it is a reconditioned supercharger.

Really appreciate the video Bob and so sorry. Our car is 5/2015 build with 19,500 miles, no mods and it is quiet. I'll have to look at the tag on the SC to see what engineering revision it is as we purchased used. The extended warranty we purchased with the car may come in handy. Good luck with your case and hope it is resolved quickly.
