They do have a nice dual clutch assy
It will be an expensive repair as well , but I’ll make good money in it because transmissions is one of the services we provide at my shop
The guy in the video said you can buy it in just a few weeks. When did this video come out? Damn the guy who ran his GT500 10.6 on April 3rd sure was lucky to get his so quickly.

As far as I know they are. I bought a 2019 GT350 because it has a lot of the same upgraded internals as the GT500. I'm thinking bout twin turboing the GT350 and spent a lot of time on the phone with the guys at Fat House Fab. They said the 2019 Voodo is good up to over 12lbs of boost with the turbos. They have a video out on it somewhere. GT500 motor should be very strong.
I love that Ford, Chevy, and Dodge are bringing their A Game to the performance wars. No matter which car grabs your attention, all it does is help the consumer win. The new Mustang Shelby GT500 is beautiful, and it’s going to be one hell of a car. I look forward to more reviews and side by side comparisons.
All for the A Game, just too bad it's not affordable for the average joe. I know a bit of economics, so this is not a straight comparison, but it is useful. 1966 Mustang 289 hard top - (as equipped) $2800 - that equates to about $22-23,000 today. Nothing we can do about it, but still an interesting illustration.
133mph trap speed proves it has a power to weight advantage over the Redeye. It is quicker than a Redeye with traction and some seat time, its just physics.
So on a Dodge forum some have to defend Dodge🤔.
I'm not as brand loyal as my user name implies.
Now this thing better be quicker than a HC. Less weight and more power plus 5 years to work on it.
You take the one guy that ran a good number and of course everyone will.😀
A stock HC on p-zero's in 32-33f temps ran a 1.75 60' to a 10.93@130 almost a year ago. Slower yes but not as much as many make it out to be. Yes better da for the cat but full throttle had to wait for 3rd gear.
Now toss a drag radial on and that goes to 10.5's. So now it's a race in favor of the heavier lesser powered car. Why wouldn't you give the cat that race. Most run a high 10 or so. But then again most of these GT500's have run 11's.
Oh sorry I forgot...that one guy ran a 10.6. 😀
Don't get me wrong I think it's a great car, always did. Just not for me as it's too small.
But it won't be putting as big a hurt on our cars as some think.
Ya it will probably beat most HC's but mine will put up a fight.
If I had a Redeye then it would be a better fight for the Dodge.😀
It's funny in previous conversations on the subject. I was told I was wrong because most stock cats don't run the numbers I run. But here this one guy ran a 10.8 and a 10.6 so this is what they all run even though mostly everyone else runs about 10.9 to 11.2.
As I also mentioned before the quickest car doesn't always win the drag race.😀
