You're the rich guy. Certainly ain't me. You and @Jimmy N. are the rich people.
Rich? I'm trying desperately to raise money in case my Durango order actually goes through.

Although, today today was good in that I sold a Unimog for 65% more than I paid for it, and the prior one I got 100% more for. But that one I had to spend several hours on.

Let's say that I live a rich and enjoyable life, but don't necessarily have much money. And definitely not enough to pay interest on loans.

BULL

Oh NO! Not that guy!

Is this the new travel channel thread  ..... oh wait 2020 HC M6 for sale .... right. I say keep the M6 .. way more smiles per gallon. Get that it's .... slower ... but I'm in no hurry. Cherish my time in the HC.

yeah, the way these two can derail a thread, maybe we need to give them "Conductor" badges, or is it "Engineer"??

I dont know, who is our resident train expert?

There's plenty of much cooler places in Florida at half the price.
Some companies that have industrial size freezers?

No, they don't. That's one reason Floridians like to congregate in large freezers.

They hibernate down in the mud but if you step on them they will pull you under and eat you. Even in the ocean.

When we built our house in 76...it was a single car garage...it was unbearable for all those years...we have been in the same house all these years...never moved...she got 3 bedrooms..and 3 bathrooms..I got a single car garage...WTF..
Sounds like you need to buy a house next door and turn it into a garage! :)

My biggest reluctance to building a new barn is not the cost to build, it is the begging the town fascists for a building permit, the inspection, then the tax increase. F those scumbag parasites! I need one of those tents they use for outdoor weddings!

I started my garage build without a permit, just because I could. It wasn't the $175-something permit fee, but having just left California, it was the principle.

Agricultural buildings are exempt here, so that's what I went with. Then one day an inspector comes down the driveway and asks what I'm having built. An agricultural building I said.

At this point the slab was poured, and the stubs for the heated floor were painfully obvious. He said "With a heated floor?!?" I answered "Yep, my tractor doesn't have a block heater, and my girlfriend's designer horses won't eat cold hay".

He shook his head and left. A couple of years later, when the barn was being built, I asked him about getting a permit for the garage, which I had intended to do anyway, just after the fact. Again he shook his head, then said "At this point you'll just create trouble. Leave well enough alone". Which I did.
