AND... his name is Jay Goldberg. I call, FOUL... Probably related to the cue ball hosting the challenge.

Just the feeling of Déjà vu related to a lot that was being reported and noticed. Call'em the way I see'em.

- 2018 Demon 2019 Widebody Scat PacK
A bit off topic so forgive me, but they really helped me. the right rear brake was squeeling on my new Scat Widebody with less than 2kmiles. It was horrible. Dealer said "mechanically they are fine" and would not do anything. They opened a case and authorize a full replacement (at a different dealership of course). In my opinion they are good people. Not Resume Speed mind you, but good nonetheless.

I was just about to reply with the same general impression that I got from reading postings related to @DodgeCares. Seems to be helpful in certain situations. It's nice that we have someone that might be able to grease the skids a bit when nothing else seems to be working. Sometimes a little bump is needed, other times a good whack.

As like you, I have seen @DodgeCares pop up here and there on different threads to provide assistance. Not really sure how well it has worked out for those in need but, anything helpful is appreciated, I'm sure. It's nice to have someone to help us get on the inside track with issues that pop up. I only wish @DodgeCares was around when my vehicle was going through the order, build, and delivery process. What a joke that was. Not the dealer nor his FCA rep could tell me what parts of a options package would actually be included in the package after it was ordered. That was just crazy. When the car was delivered, then we knew what was included and what was not and I got a proportioned discount for the missing parts from the original options package. Just a lot of unnecessary frustration from my point of view. Thankfully, all is well for now with the sleeping princess in the garage right now.
