How many first time Hellcat/Dodge owners onboard?

My first car in high school(1986) was 71' Dodge Dart Swinger Special. 318ci. 3sp auto. My 2nd ride was the following yr upon graduation in 1987. 75' Dodge Powerwagon. 360ci. 4barrel Holley 600. 4 sp manual. Full time 4wd. Beast. 9mpg maybe. But a 28 gallon tank. 😂

Swinger was traded for another motor on another project. Circa 1991 or so. PW sold in 1998 shortly after son was born and the C5 was bought.

My 14 Chrysler 300SRT was my first FCA product since. Almost 16 yrs in between. 16' HC Charger bought Dec 2018 and now 20' SRTD. 🍻

We are close. My first car was a '73 Dart 318 in '86. I graduated in '88

I bought a 73 Cuda in 78 and sold that car in 80,
After that I had a 69 sport Fury convertible and a 72 slant 6 Dart.
I swore off cars after that and had a number of trucks after that (Fords and Chevys) until my Dad passed and I ended up with his 98 half ton Ram.
After that I bought a 17 Ram.
I had been wanting to buy a car for a few years when I ordered my 19 Scat which I took delivery of November of 18 and kept that til I traded it in when I bought the 19 Redeye in January of 20.
Down the rabbit hole we go!

From Ohio, Able to drive this time of year?? Inside or ouch,,, out?? Purchase it new or at what age??. My 1st Hell Cat and love it. Being from Florida, I am able to drive months with no hurricanes. Right now is time for tune and drag. We have 75 and 58 days and nights. I guess you have 3.5 months then let er rip. Test and tune then. Here in Fl we have some great tracks open this time of year but after June,,, forget it,, way too hot. Time to install Killer Ciller. MOPAR. 1 st was high school, Dodge Dart, 1972. Then crazy moto head cars kicked in. Then Jimmy Carter kicked in and te 455, 289s, 389s, all went away. Enjoy when it warms up.

I was planning on driving year round as there isn't anything like winter here, but my boys and wife talked me out of it due to the brine they put on the roads. LOL So we bought a used Patriot and the Hellcat is waiting for spring. Purchased used on 5/4/2019 in South Carolina...our 34 year wedding anniversary. It was a great trip/weekend. Own or have owned; 71 Road Runner, 84 LeBaron Conv, 86 LeBaron GTS turbo, 94 B2500 van, 87 Shelby Lancer, 04 300M, 04 Durango Hemi, 13 300C Varvatos, 14 300C Varvatos, 14 Ram 1500, 14 Jeep Patriot, 15 Charger HC. Underlined cars we still have. We spent 5 years rebuilding the RR. Great memories and the boys learned a lot. Thanks for asking. Lots of good information here on the site. Looking forward to spring.

Was at a Mopar or No Car event last year. Found a Dart/Swinger pretty close to what mine looked like.

Mine was originally like this, but then previous owner removed black vinyl top and painted the top white and red like this one. Cragar S/S and GY Eagle GT's plus air shocks to get stance just right. My best memory is me and 3 of my best friends going to see LA Guns and AC/DC at the Cap Center in Landover MD(Wash DC). Good times. 🍻

Had a close cousin in the Jeep SRT8, but otherwise this is the family’s first Dodge. No regrets at all.

My first Mopar was a late 70's Plymouth Volare stationwagon with the faux wood siding. Not much memorable about that one, but I do recall it left me stranded in nowhere, Iowa with a fuel delivery problem. Next came a 1999 Durango. That was a great car we kept for years, hauling our 5 kids across the country to Coronado Island, Colorado skiing, etc. Kept that car until just a couple of years ago, great car, great memories. Next was a 2005 Magnum R/T. Great car. Then a 2008 Charger R/T for my wife, another great car. And that leads to the current, 2017 Charger HC for my wife, then 2017 Challenger HC for me. I truly feel these HCs are the most fun and best cars ever for me! But one of those Redeyes keeps tugging at me...
