@white1 you forgot to mention all the CAL updates Diablo usually requires, and the monkey wrenches that ensue as a result

I've found the best place for them when they need any sort of update is right in the trashcan. I believe I've thrown away more than one diablo handheld due to trying to sell for cheap as "not sure if married or not, call and ask diablo $100" and people giving me grief about not calling diablo myself. I'm a dealer, I can likely get it unmarried for free, but for $100 if you cant take the risk of having to have it unmarried (they usually do it for free if they charge I think its $50) I toss them in the trash. My time is worth more than sitting on hold for someone already getting a good deal
