I paid out of pocket to get the car fixed since it has been at the dealer for 40 days. I picked it up today but will continue to fight with them. If they decide to cover it i will ask them for a refund.
I paid $250 local performance shop before I had my quick jacks to put my redeye shaft in and remove my vibrating dss one. That sucks dude I’m sorry you got hosed.
Yes, they filed a warranty claim. Patrick was my original cust service rep that denied it. He left me a message saying denied due to outside influence. I called back and said thats bs as the car is stock. They reopened the case and assigned it to a supervisor. I have yet to hear from a supervisor. Every time i call they send me to their voicemail and a message comes on saying they cant accept messages at this time then hangs up on me.
I have contacted Dodge Cares and never got a reply from them either.

Called Dodge customer care and it was rejected by case manager Patrick. I reopened the case and apparently a customer care supervisor is in charge of it now. Havent heard from them in 3 weeks.
I have also emailed @DodgeCares and got zero response

What gets me is these YouTube "influencers" that record their Demon170's blowing the engine, posting the video about it and Dodge is replacing their engines, but they are denying a stock 717 driveshaft. Makes no sense to me
