I just want to let everyone that has interest in my issue with my hellcat
I went to the local dealer this morning and they hadn’t even looked at it, so I took it home
I called the biggest dealer in the area and they couldn’t be better
They told me that I can bring it down first thing tomorrow morning and they’ll get working on it as soon as I get it there
I just hope that they’re not blowing smoke up my butt
Lamar I haven’t forgotten about your offer and if they’re lying I will be getting a hold of you and see what I need to do

In the event the;re inclined to blow smoke up your butt...my wish for you..the service writer is a former female porn star with an affinity for Newport 100's

Good luck amd sincerely hope they figure it out. Be sure to take a picture of your mileage and let the service adviser know you’d appreciate no joy rides. If you have the time tell them you can drive the car around prior to the tech looking at it to duplicate the issue as well.

Hi everyone my name is Jim and I just got a new frostbite 2020 charger hellcat widebody. I’m looking forward to all the forum can offer
I just took delivery on Friday morning , I have around 40 miles on it as of now. I’m kind of worried about going anywhere. I hope that someone can help me with this problem. It runs and drives great but when I shut it off and leave it off for 10min-1hr it won’t start, it turns over like the middle of summer but won’t fire
I called my local dealer and they are booked up until November (had to get it from a different dealer,local couldn’t get me one) .local dealer said to call roadside assistance to bring it to the shop and they would try to fit it in ☹️.sorry for the long post I hope I haven’t broken any protocol, I’m just happy and disappointed at the same time. Hopefully they can get to it and fix before snow starts

I have the same car, sucks to have that happen to you. Mines had an issue briefly with the touchscreen glitching on me. I found a crack in my bumper from the factory and a couple deep chips on my door down to the metal. You should inspect your body thoroughly if you haven't yet. Maybe your issue is just a matter of changing the battery. Was your car ordered straight from the factory or was it sitting on the dealership lot prior to purchasing?

Thanks for your input , my car got to the dealer and prepped on October 12. Where it is now they have called Chrysler and there are no known issues like that. The mechanics are checking the electrical system and fuel system and battery. I will keep you posted as I get more information

Funny thing that you mentioned that I could replicate the issue, I parked it at the dealer and got it booked in and when the mechanic came out to put it in the shop it wouldn’t start so they definitely know now
