We’re hunting down the hickster! Sixgun and a whole bunch of us Hemi boys are getting our butts whooped by this track prep. My best 60’ is 1.47 which spinning ain’t winning.

Should be there about 8:15 today, rolling from Mad Beach about 7:15. See you there! Black Redeye with cats on the rear quarters.

Bunch of Gen III Hemi cars. It will take 9s yo get into the Quick 8 Sunday I think. Track prep was worst I've ever seen at Bradenton. Still good to catch up with our MOPAR friends. Weather good, but DA is high so power is down. See you all Saturday!

2020 some in the 12's made the quick 8 but noticed it took faster times in 2021. I made one last year as an alternate and didn't even come close at the other race. I was trying to win the 11 second class. I have made 3 of the 4 I went to though

maybe not the quick 8 but saturday everyone has a chance to win a class. If you don't know how the hemi shootout works you need to look into it. Plus it is free to run

I thought that your 3 qualifying times were averaged and the 8 fastest raced for a winner?

Hemi Shootout was finished in the afternoon, 3 rounds back to back, like True Street. Three round average was to get closest to a second, but not below, for 9-15 seconds. Closest car wins that index.
Quickefs 8 cars average gets them to the Quick 8. This is then a heads-up race for thsse 8 cars on a Pro Tree, (I think .400 tree). Winner and R/U pays. Several cars in the 9s. Quick 8 is on Sunday.
