Gettin Old ...is sobering...I still believe I can do what I did in my 20's...yet my body never quite gets the message from my brain..and I realize I'm NEVER gonna be in better shape than I am now

I start cardiac rehab in a few weeks. I think it's 36 sessions over 12 weeks. I'll let you know how it works out.

Maybe I'll jump tall buildings in a single bound again?

Wow...that's some serious (lengthy) rehab...never mind tall buildings...I wouldn't advise even jumpin outta yer truck....

If you get tired of the yellow accents you can inject it with some of that Ozembic & it'll lower the A1c + she'll shed a few lbs.

yep. I finally got to a real doctor and my blood work was horrible. A stroke and heart attack waiting to happen. Super high cholesterol, A1C was insane so I'm doing the ozempic until it gets down to the proper level and it's working.
Don't like the way you lose weight with it but I'm starting cardiac rehab soon so hopefully I can build it back.
