What did you do to your Hellcat today?

I use and recommend Race Ramps too - great products; just depends on what the task is

Those QJ are nice but I use Race ramps. And a jack from HF is good enough.
I don’t work on my cars too often otherwise I would get a QJ.

I don't very often, but they are very handy when you will be pulling all wheels off.
Or want to dive under and be safe (as they do lock).

With my Mopar springs, I had to get smaller ramps that my car could use, even to use the QJ.

Do you guys drain your oil cooler during oil changes? I assume (just like everything else) It gets easier every time removing push pins to remove the oil cooler cover.

Yea, with stock ride height , there’s only a couple inches clearance between the ramps and splitter. I have the two piece 67” ramps. And those RR are expensive too.

Yeah, but I use the access panel a member was selling a while back. It was $25 and eliminates removing 11 fasteners. Unfortunately he's no longer making them.

My oil cooler cover has those air dams (whatever they’re called) so at least that access panel cover wouldn’t work. I mean I wouldn’t be able to cut that open. On the other website, that guy selling those gave out the instructions for free.

I think draining the oil cooler for the first 3 or so oil changes is good enough. After that, I’m not sure I’ll bother draining it anymore. Not much oil comes out anyways. And if you change the oil often , you don’t have to worry about it Lol.

Well those have undergone revisions since they were first released.

I don't think any of those is the original piece

I circled the drivers side. Lol. It’s actually on the passenger side but anyways here’s a couple pics.

But still need to clean once in a while.
Kinda anal about keeping the wheels clean.

I most certainly do, so I would not.


I've always taken the whole thing off for oil changes, so I'm used to it.

my year Challenger had nothing brake-cooling related in the way (looks like the above pictures), or I would not have interrupted it for the access hole
