What did you do to your Hellcat today?

Thanks, I took it to a graphics installer, for $60 he had it done perfectly. These were factory Mopar stripes, once down the vinyl stretched trying to pull it back to release air bubbles. The installer used a soap and water solution.

That’s a really good price I am glad it worked out for you. The ones I did for this guy were custom done right on the car using a picture of the factory Shakedown stripes from the internet and using knife-less tape so no actual cutting was done one the car.

Cleaned it top to bottom, that is always fun, pulled the street wheels and installed the track set. I really am happy about the wraps on the flairs and on the bottom of the doors.

Time to check out the rear alignment settings with the right wheel/tire equipment for the track. First runs today, not good, it was still squirming. Now I don’t know if I believe the last alignment numbers, so I am real glad I have the AAD adj arms now. The tabs they used were not the expected set. So, I get to change and try different ones for free! Screw paying them, when it feels right, then I’ll be curious about the setting reading. It is weird because the PS4S in the same size as the Cup 2 which I put on this morning is rock solid feeling at this setting combo. Pretty impressive taking the exit ramps with 325/30’s up front!

Further evaluated the Cup 2’s tonight. Well for the street they suck! Between a DA of 600’ and a Redeye’s Power and no way of getting any heat in them I could not tell squat about any alignment. Those things were spinning at stupid speeds. It did hook up once at a rather high speed along with the computer giving it the okay to take off. I have felt that surge on the track before. Problem is can’t let her roll any faster here. It was running excellent, I wish I had my other tires, I may have set a street personal best. These cars are monsters of torque!!

Rolled 10,000km. Celebrate by washing the bugs off (at least 2x a week) again.
During this period of unemployment, I’ve driven the Kitty more than my truck. Unprecedented. yes, I’ve learned to hate that word.
