Do they have the same vins? It doesn't matter about the options and color, are you aware that Demon owners can request the last 8 or so numbers of the vins to be the same?

I am aware of that...the order process @ the dealer was a 2 hour ordeal..back and forth calls relating to delays with regards to the wheels...because of the nature of this car..I didn't want to chance any special requests that may delay the build or even preclude it from being built...I wont be @ ease till I leave the showroom with it...and like I said it's doubtful they will ever be sold as a matched set...matching vins is not a priority..

The rationale makes no sense, please reach out to the dealer and amend the build to include the vin. It costs you nothing (no money), there is nothing but upside.

How did I do? I have a vin matching 170 coming that matches a 1 of 1 Demon. Boom, I know I am "becoming boring" but have enough sense to vin match the 170. What is your excuse again?

The g90 m5 is rumored to be 735 hp/735lb ft torque, bmw like porsche always underrates, so expect more like 735hp to the wheels.

My approximations
0-60 2.4s
1/4 mile 10.1 @130
60-130 circa 6.2-6.6 seconds

These should be easily repeatable on the street

Now the best part of these cars like the hellcat is the 100-150 whp bump on simple bolt ons and reliable tune (intake/downpipes/tune)

Would be looking at circa 2s flat 0-60, high 9s in the quarter and high 5s 60-130.

That would be the slowest 10.1 I've ever seen. Would have to be a hell of a 60'. Edit.. your estimates make no sense. Based on your 0-60 and 60-130 guesses, the car would do 0-130 in 8.6-9.0 seconds but yet would do a quarter mile in 10.1 seconds at 130 mph, which is 0-130. A 60-130 with that low of a trap speed would definitely be in the mid 7's

Both @ MSRP....then your lucky as well...and to realize any value in your so called sensible exercise..it must be to sell both to the same buyer..that was never a consideration in my purchase...and that said...I guess were pretty much done here would you not agree..

I'm estimating based off these #s

992 turbo s ran the quarter 10.1 @137, pulled a 2.2s 0-60

Current gen f90 m5 runs the quarter 10.9 @127 roughly 2.8s 0-60

With a hybrid powertrain off the line I expect they will shave .4s off the 0-60.

Trap was just a rough estimate, I'm 100% certain the car will go 0-60 under 2.5, and the quarter should be in the 10.0-10.3 range (2022 m5 cs was 10.6 in the quarter). Trap is just rough off the top of my head, but yes assuming mid 6s the car should be trapping 140+. I think the big concern will be how to offset the battery's weight and incorporate it into the rwd biased awd system.
