Winter fuel not as good.....

So my Hellcat is put away for the winter (insert sad face here), so when I think of winter fuel I just think about the 2mpg’s I lose in my Power Wagon. I’ve never thought much about performance (it’s not like my truck is really fast). I’m just more pissed that I go from a marginal 11mpg’s to a piss poor 9mpg’s for the next few months.

I've never seen a gas station here in GA that states winter blend. Or do they change the blend and not tell the customer?

Interesting I thought I had crap gas as I'm tuning the gt500 with a 2.3 TVS. Come to find out its false knock and the gas here in nc is still holding 18 degrees of timing on 17-18 psi with 93. I'll do some logging every month I guess.

I knew mine wasn't false knock as I had already gone through all that filtering over the summer. It wasn't a TON on the winter fuel, but enough I had to remove one degree of timing in a couple places.

You sure? The price I'm seeing for just parts is about $2400, then you still have to get the tune.

Your going to be out in reality after tuning and parts around 3000+
but I’d bet at least 4,000 you will want other things to go with it
