Try as they might....small town municipalities coast to coast rely heavily on V&T revenue...who hasn't been nabbed in jerk water USA in a speed trap while traveling...not to mention all the lawyers coast to coast that adjudicate these cases...the Eco Kommies cant win this one...

The little town that I bought land outside of to build our forever home actually has a little diner named "The Speed Trap Diner" and there is a 50's police car on the roof!!! Everyone I know has gotten pulled over in this town at least once. I drive through it twice a day seven days a week and there is always someone pulled over no matter time of day.

Never happen...Speeding is the #1 V&T violation in just about every municipality...they depend on that revenue....just not gonna happen...
