so someone does make this
I looked over at the Amazon link. I thought it said titanium when I was stupid and gave up $30 also a few years ago for a large $0.50 drilled out bolt. Sorry @jroyk. I punched out my brake pins maybe 4-5 times, then it flairs out and you will need to pull it out with a pliers because it will stick in the caliper.

Good to know. I only used it one time to replace the Brembo pads. Definitely not for someone who is swapping pads with regularity.
