I went & looked at these when they 1st came out & was not impressed. I really just don't get it, looked to me like the love child of a Jeep & the old Explorer Sport with loose tolerances, poor build quality & uncomfortable seats :LOL:. Those tail lights look like an afterthought:
"Oh shit, we forgot the tails"
"No problem, here just stick these on with some 3M trim tape"

Bed is too small for any 'real' hauling, guess it's for the off-road crowd to be able to load in their tents & other gear ??

In any case, they are not being discounted like that here. Jenkins is adding an 8k bump sticker (plus their other 3 'fees') for wax, air in the tires etc. that more than wipes out the factory incentives !

Some dealers have yet to wake up to the reality of the current marketplace. Just go from 1 dealer to the next and you can see a wide disparity between pricing and attitudes.

Yeah, blows that I have 2 dealers so close (Plaza, 6 miles - Jenkins, 20 miles) that both suck balls ! Sales staff turns over faster than burger patties @ McD's, service seems to turn every 6 months. I've had many admit these guys don't really give a damn about the customers or employees - just try to squeeze every last dime they can out of you. Based on what I've seen the last few trips for warranty work, they are robbing Stealantics as well, ordering & replacing stuff that's not really needed to correct the problem.

I have a feeling that it's a 2 way street. I was talking to a tech that left Dodge for the independent shop that works on my Charger.

He said that Stellantis was demanding so much details on everything that was done under warranty that many times it took longer to complete the paperwork than to do the actual repair. He didn't get paid for doing the paperwork.

His income dropped significantly from this. Stellantis doesn't care about anything but profits.

He said that Stellantis was demanding so much details on everything that was done under warranty that many times it took longer to complete the paperwork than to do the actual repair. He didn't get paid for doing the paperwork.

His income dropped significantly from this. Stellantis doesn't care about anything but profits.
They are not the only ones.

They're already getting vehicles in that need work before they can offer them for sale. Waiting weeks for the parts to fix them.

I work at a Peterbilt dealer and Paccar is the same way.We have to open a case file and wait on them before we proceed to repair the engine. Sucks when you are flat rate.

My sister had one as a rental car, it literally felt like what I would expect from a overpriced $20k minitruck. Damn truck tiny, uncomfortable, and I swear you can rub shoulders with your passenger in the front seats

You are not alone, CS seems to suck more & more these days. I can still recall the "battle cry" when the powers that be pushed out the manufacturing jobs in this country - that we were going to become a service based economy ! Well, now we can't even do that right .............................
Basically, we're fucked & circling the drain IMO.
