Looking at the other site with multiple people spending all day on the phone seems it'll be the shit show we thought it'd be Dealers are saying they're keeping the cars for dealership owner, bidding the allocations, and will just have the buyer sign a doc saying it was MSRP to send to Dodge with a separate contract for the ADM so the car gets built up front. Ought to be a law against that honestly. I'm all for free market but geeze.
Tim saying they're trying to avoid ADM seems like a hollow statement. Why couldn't buyer go direct to Dodge for the allocation at MSRP and then choose the dealer they wanted it shipped to for the purchase part? Is there some legal reason that couldn't happen?
