What did you do to your Hellcat today?

Did you remove the clutch delay valve? (Or going to remove) - I did that when I added the shifter and it worked very well (very happy with it!).
But make sure you tighten the shifter - mine came loose because I didnt tighten the fasteners for the positioning... (lol) No harm done though.

Also installing smoked side markers, and I found a much better way to do the front markers than through the wheel well and popping, and needing new plastic poprivets, here's your hint.
